VFGPA Annual Gun Show 2023

As a brief history, the annual VFGPA Gun and Antique fundraiser event commenced in 2018 and 2019 with 31 tables inside the clubhouse. Due to crowding and popularity the event expanded outdoors on the skeet/trap field which attracted more vendors. The last show attracted over 450 public attendees! Inside the clubhouse we showcased the various disciplines with display tables. This is a great opportunity to highlight and educate the public on our Club.

As the co-ordinator, I rely on volunteers to make this a continued success. Due to closure of the kitchen, this year we will be having Park N’Bite, a local food truck.  I am seeking volunteers to assist in 50/50 draw, taking and delivering food orders to the vendors, collecting gate fees, set up and take down, parking, photographer, first aid attendant. I am also seeking another coordinator assistant as I will be away on May 12 – June 4, with the plan that this role will continue in the future.
