We do not rent firearms!
We do not offer firearm rentals, but we are happy to accept people with their own P.A.L. & firearms (including their supervised guests!).
The Victoria Fish & Game Protective Association is a non-profit club, managed and run by member volunteers. All members are encouraged to help contribute to the success of the club by volunteering some time, effort, and expertise to the betterment of the club, its facilities, and its goals and objectives.
Memberships are ‘Calendar Year’ and expire at midnight on the 31st of December each year.

2025 Membership Dues*
- Adult: $315
- Family: $370 (includes a spouse & dependents age 18 and under living in the same home)
- Senior: $185 (for ages 65 and over)
- Junior: $80 (for ages 18 and under)
*Prices listed above include GST. Memberships are for the ‘calendar year’ and are not pro-rated.
Where To Purchase A Membership
Memberships can be purchased online or at the Caretaker’s office on the club property between 8:30am – 4:30pm.
To renew your membership online, or to sign up as a new member online, follow the steps below.
Online Membership Renewals
If you’ve been a member with us since 2019 or later, then you are in our online membership system and can renew your membership with a credit card through the VFGPA Membership Portal on Findjoo.*
You will need to know your membership email address but if you’ve forgotten it send an email to membership@vfgpa.org along with your membership number and we’ll let you know what you used previously.

- The first time you visit the membership portal you must reset your password:
- Click the word “here” near the bottom of the Sign In page
- Enter your account’s email address.
- You’ll receive an email with a password reset link; click on the long reset link in the email;
If the link isn’t clickable try copying the long link and pasting it into your browser’s address bar.
- Enter your new password twice then click the UPDATE button.
- Enter your account’s email address & the new password to sign in.
- SIGN IN to the portal with your membership email and password.
- Click on the PROFILE menu item and review your profile to make sure we have the right information:
- Update your contact information, birth date, interests and other information.
- Click the UPDATE button to save the changes.
- Click on the MEMBERSHIP menu item.
- Click on the RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP button in the MEMBERSHIP box.
- Select the membership you need; click Next and follow the prompts.
- Enter your credit card information and press the BUY NOW button.
- Click the MEMBERSHIP menu item or the SIGN OUT menu item in the portal as desired. You will receive a membership renewal confirmation email.

New Member Sign Ups
If you have not been a member of the Association before, or you have not renewed your membership since 2018, then you will need to create a new membership account. The account can be created and the membership paid for online using a credit card by following the steps below*. Alternatively, you can visit the Caretaker’s office on the club property (between 9am – 3pm) to purchase your membership with cash, cheque or a credit card.

- Select the 2023 Memberships product category.
- Select the appropriate membership; review the description to make sure it’s the right one for you.
- Select he Mail Membership Card option if want your card mailed to you; otherwise, you must pick it up in person.
- If you selected a Family membership, fill in the names and birth dates of your spouse and children under 19 years old if they will be using the membership.
- Select the Interests which apply to you then click the Next button.
- Provide your email address, personal details and a password.
- If you’re warned the email is already in use then it means you already have an account in the membership system. Use the “I have an account” option instead.
- Select the I would like to subscribe to the newsletter option if desired; click Next.
- Read then agree to the terms and conditions; click Next.
- Enter your credit card information and click the Buy Now button.
- You will receive a membership purchase confirmation email
- Click the “Reset” button or close the Online Registration & Payments tab.

Non-Member Day Passes
A Day-Pass, for people who are not a member of the club, can be purchased from the caretaker**. Day-Passes cost $75.00, and are non-transferable. A Non-Member Day Pass allows access to the Shotgun Range, the Rifle Range and the Archery Range only. All facility use is ‘At Your Own Risk’. All range rules must be strictly followed. Non-Members must sign in with their Day-Pass number and display the yellow copy of the day pass while using the range facilities. A single $75.00 day pass can be used as credit towards a membership within 30 days of purchase.
**Firearms are not available for rental
Please note: Any visitors who have not purchased a Day-Pass will be asked to leave the Range and will not be given the opportunity to purchase a Day Pass.
Day Passes for Members’ Guests
We offer a special pass for Member Guests, for the purpose of encouraging Members to introduce friends and family to the shooting sports. We offer these passes with the expectation that once introduced to the fun and camaraderie of the shooting sports, these people will then become contributing members of our club. Members who bring guests to shoot, or to use the various other facilities, are required to purchase a one-time-use-only ‘Guest Range-Use Day-Pass’ from the Caretaker. Guest day passes may ONLY be purchased by a member in good standing. The Guest’s name and the Member’s name or membership number will be on the pass. The member MUST accompany the guests at all times when the Guest passes are in use. The member will be responsible to ensure that all safety protocols and range rules are followed. Use of a ‘Guest day-pass’ without a member present and supervising will result in revocation of the pass without refund and the user will be required to vacate the range property immediately.
Additional information: Arrangements may be made with the Range Officer or Caretaker in extraneous circumstances. Prearranging a convenient time to meet the Caretaker (for purchase) may be necessary. Breech of policy by the member may result in disciplinary action by VFGPA. Members are expected to follow the spirit of all Association policies, as well as correctly inform those who may not be following policy in the proper manner. Members are expected to encourage repeat Guest Pass users to become a member of the VFGPA. All facilities are available, and all facility use is ‘At your own risk’. Guest Day Passes may NOT be redeemed towards a membership.

Adult Guest Day Pass
An Adult pass must be purchased for each guest age 19+. The current rate for an Adult pass is $25 and permits access to all of the club’s facilities except the Airsoft Range. For shooting activities, members are limited to 2 guests.
Junior Guest Day Pass
Juniors (under 19 years of age) who are brought to the range as guests are eligible for a preferred rate. VFGPA recognizes that youth is the future of our sports and identifies youth as a special group for involvement in the outdoors activities that our facilities promote. With this policy in mind, a special nominal fee of $5 per youth per day is available and permits access to all of the club’s facilities except the Airsoft Range. For shooting activities, members are limited to 2 guests.

All guests and members must complete a liability waiver to use our facilities.
