Trap

The Victoria Fish and Game Protective Association (VFGPA) has a first class six-acre trap facility located at our range, situated directly in front of the log clubhouse. The trap field has five trap bunkers, a skeet field with one high house, one low house and a high "duck tower". All five trap bunkers house brand new GMV Superstar automatic machines, holding 550 clays each.

The club hosts a number of official trap shooting events, including Vancouver Island Shooting League (V.I.S.L) and Pacific International Trapshooting Association (P.I.T.A) shoots. To participate in these official events you must a paid-up member in good standing of the Victoria Fish and Game Protective Association or carry a valid current membership to any V.I.S.L or P.I.T.A sanctioned club. We are also members of B. C. Trap Association (B.C.T.A.).

Summertime trap shooting practices are available on Wednesday evenings from 4pm till dusk.
